Calming and Strengthening Are Two Different Jobs
Most creams for sensitive skin do one or the other. This one is built to do both, and it is worth knowing which part you are feeling and when.
The calming is immediate. Red sage polyphenols do that work, which is why the sting settles in minutes rather than days.
The strengthening takes weeks. A tetrapeptide works on the barrier itself, with carnosine and vitamin E against the oxidative stress that keeps reactive skin on edge, and the D.A.F. complex raising the skin’s tolerance threshold — in plain terms, skin that reacts to less. Cleanse first, apply a small amount to clean dry skin, and massage gently into the face and neck until it absorbs. Morning and evening. Keep it to the face and neck rather than working it around the eyes themselves.
What you wash with matters as much as what you put on.
