Which plan is right for me?

If your BMI is 25–30 and you’re new to structured weight loss, start with the Basic Plan. If you’re BMI 30–35 or have tried other things without lasting results, go Active. If you have a BMI above 35 or a condition like diabetes or insulin resistance, the Advanced Plan with medical support is designed for you.

Not on the Basic Plan. 7,000–10,000 steps daily or light home workouts is all you need to start. The Active and Advanced Plans incorporate structured exercise for stronger results, but we guide you every step of the way.

Absolutely. HealthAlone only stocks genuine, factory-sealed products. We do not sell counterfeit or unverified supplements. All products in the program are clinically selected to work together as a system.

Your supplement kit is delivered countrywide — same-day or next-day in Nairobi, and nationwide across Kenya. Your meal plan, coaching, and progress tracking happen via WhatsApp, starting from Day 1.

Plateaus happen — and we plan for them. The Active Plan includes a plateau-breaking strategy. If needed, we help you upgrade to the next phase. Your progress is monitored closely so we catch slowdowns early and adjust.

Yes — and it’s especially important you choose the Advanced Plan. It includes medical consultation, prescription management (including Ozempic/Mounjaro where appropriate), and monthly monitoring. We work alongside your existing healthcare.
