What Is in It, and What Is Left Out
Plant biolipids from coconut and sunflower do the cleaning and the feeding at once, which is the whole idea of washing with an oil rather than a detergent.
Vitamin PP and the Skin Barrier Therapy complex, the second of which limits how well bacteria stick to the skin surface, plus the D.A.F. complex, which raises the skin’s tolerance threshold — in plain terms, skin that reacts to less. Glycerin holds water at the surface.

How to Use It
Apply to wet skin in the shower or bath, lather gently, rinse thoroughly, pat dry rather than rubbing. Once or twice a day, every day. Keep the water lukewarm rather than hot, since hot water strips skin faster than any cleanser.
Then moisturise while the skin is still slightly damp, within a few minutes of getting out. That timing matters more than which cream you choose, and it is free.
