Ingredients: Purified Water, Sea Salt, Benzalkonium Chloride 0.1 mg/ml.
Each bottle contains 50ml, with 37 mg of sea salt/ml.

How to use: Before the first use, please remove the protective ring from the plastic cover of the nozzle.
1.Keep the bottle in a vertical position.
2.Press the pump several times until some of the spray comes out.
3.Insert the tip of the nasal pump into the nostril and press the pump.
4.Spray one dose in each nostril, a few times a day, and slowly breathe in through the nose while spraying
5.Rinse the tip of the pump with water after each use.
6.Put the safety cap back.
